We help the elderly and people with chronic illnesses manage and improve their day-to-day health including working with their medication schedules and daily health activities such as tracking their glucose, weight and sleep. By leveraging telephone calls and text messaging we're sending messages to people from their late teens to their late eighties and helping them live healthier, happier lives. We focus on reminding people what they need to do when they need it and more importantly, tracking simple health activities in order to educate them on what they're doing well and what they can improve upon.
