GERMAN-ARAB ASSOCIATION

The German-Arab Association's (DAG) primary goal is the continuous facilitation and enhancement of German-Arab friendship. The Association supports all efforts to promote economic relations, and has devoted itself to intensify the cultural exchange between Germans and Arabs. The German-Arab Association was founded in 1966 as a non-profit organization. Anyone who supports a lasting improvement of the relations between Europe and the Arab world qualifies for membership. Private individuals as well as business entities can become members. The Arab countries are by their ambassadors in the DAG Advisory Board. The Executive Committee includes representatives of the political parties, the industry and commerce, and the scientific foundation.
