GENETAQ is a laboratory specialising in human molecular genetics for the diagnosis of genetic diseases, and our main focus is the study of rare diseases. Endorsed by the San Telmo International Institution’s 50K prize, the firm started operating in 1998 to offer genetic analyses for diagnostic purposes to medical professionals. Our enthusiasm, effort and commitment to research in the field of genetics has enabled us to turn our initial project into a consolidated company with a national and international scope: we receive samples from clients located in various parts of the world, including Sweden (Helsingborg Hospital), Denmark (Kennedy Centret), Iceland (Landspitali - University Hospital) and London (NHS - Regional Molecular Genetics Laboratory), in Europe and also the Sultanate of Oman (Sultan Qaboos University Hospital) and Australia (the QHPS - Royal Brisbane Hospital, Herston), among others.More
