The system was designed to avert the business model and compliance issues identified first generation DFS providers. The potential payout is determined by the number of selections against the amount played. Payout is disclosed before the purchase is confirmed. ALL players with the right choices are guaranteed their win as this is not a pooled game. The underlying platform allows the game to be played in 3 modes: Matchups for Fun, Fantasy Sports for Cash, and eventually legal Sports Books.
