G24 Hockey helps athletes get ready for game time by teaching them how to master the three pillars of performance: Nutritional, Physical and Mental. They do this through an easy to access online and mobile tool that shows exactly what NHL players do in the 24hrs leading up to game time. They’re adding new NHL players every month and are building more tools to help coaches get their teams ready to go.
