M/s. G. S. Builders & Associates (GSBA), a construction company, was formed in 1969 as a Partnership Company. After achieving a certain level of turnover, M/s. GSBA floated a new private limited company, called M/s. G. S. Developers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. (GSDC) in 1987. The objective was to undertake larger civil, construction and building projects. “Shri Iqbal Singh“, the Founder Chairman of the Company was actively associated in construction works for fifty years. Besides solely managing the affairs of G.S. Builders and Associates & M/S G.S. Developers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. he was an active partner in Gurbakhsh Singh BA & a Director of M/S Gurbakhsh Singh BA Builders Pvt. Ltd. for over twenty five years. After him his son Mr. Gurmit Singh Rangar took charge of managing GSDC & GSBA
