FreeIt4Less was the world's largest iPhoneSIMfree reseller. The company was founded in response to the first software-based iPhone unlock, iPhoneSIMFree, in 2007. They continued to operate until shortly after the release of the iPhone 3G in 2008, eventually unlocking around 10,000 iPhones. FreeIt4Less offered the iPhoneSIMFree software, unlocked iPhones, and mail-in unlocks, whereby customers who didn't want to mess with unlocking their iPhones themselves could send them the phone to unlock. The company was also widely regarded to possess the best customer service/technical support in the iPhone unlocking industry.
