Fraktal is the creator of [Edicy.com](http://www.crunchbase.com/organization/edicy-com), a simple web editing software. Fraktal was founded in late 2007 by some of the key figures at the founding of [Skype](http://www.crunchbase.com/organization/skype) (Toivo Annus and Märt Kelder) plus high profile web-specialists (Tõnu Runnel and Priit Haamer).
