Developing web based forecasting software for the customer service industry was the initial reason Fourworkx was started. Given the positive reactions of our customers, the ambitions have grown and Fourworkx is now working on other interesting workforce management solutions in the cloud. Our interest in building software solutions from scratch, combined with our knowledge of agile software development has resulted in an additional Fourworkx service, developing software for third parties. Fourworkx was founded in 2012 by independent consultants, each with over 10 years of experience in customer service and specialized in Workforce Management. With their products, Fourworkx wants to deliver a sustainable contribution to the optimization of their customer’s business.
