We started our story as Tapin Feedback, a product and consultancy around customer experience at 2012. Feedbackly was born on the knowledge and cases of Tapin Feedback on 2016 when we got our first pre seed funding and pivoted to the company to be pure software and Saas business with only recurring customers.
