Fax Net was originally incorporated in Argentina as a unit of Critical Path (NASDAQ: CPTH). The company provides voice-enhanced Internet communications to 800 businesses and individuals, primarily in Buenos Aires, using VoIP technology. Fax Net's long-distance and international calls will be routed through Ursus Telecom's network. Fax Net plans to open commercial offices and VoIP points of presence in other cities of Argentina.
