In February 2000, Landacorp successfully completed its initial public offering and in October 2000, the company acquired two leading population health management companies: ProMedex and PatientCentrix. In April 2004, Landacorp was acquired by SHPS, Inc., an integrated health and benefits management provider headquartered in Louisville, KY, and returned to a privately held corporation. In October 2012, Landacorp was acquired by ExlService Holdings, Inc. (EXL) and was renamed EXL Landa.
