They had the honor of the very first person in line at the flagship Apple Store on Fifth Ave, to kickoff their kickstarter campaign by clicking the launch button to make it live. And it's been a wild ride ever since. Escargot has been covered in stories by Wall Street Journal, Venture Beat, CNET, Mashable- and even by the Japanese techblog giant, Gigazine. On November 1, 2012, they were successfully funded on Kickstarter raising nearly $50,000 with 1,400 backers, from every corner of the world.
