Emplacement is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Emplacement partners with hardware and Internet of Things (IoT) manufacturers by integrating into a manufacturer’s mobile app or website to allow customers to easily locate e-waste facilities accepting their specific item. This offsets the costs for a manufacturer-provided a mail-in recycling program while still positively impacting sustainable outcomes within a company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
