The company has acquired the exclusive North American rights to a proprietary, renewable hybrid energy pellet technology aimed at replacing several types of solid fuels currently being used in the industrial power generation industry. The Company’s immediate plan has identified and is in negotiations to acquire renewable and green energy companies that can and will expand and enhance their effort to create a new proprietary clean fuel for today's power generation industry. EDE is also currently negotiating with several potential logistics partners to transport the pellets from Appalachia to their southern storage location for immediate distribution to their customers.
