Our solution merges industry standard work flows in order to create a simple and seamless system for facility services lifecycle (quotations to service agreements/contracts to work orders to invoices and finally payment). For property managers, this result in greater efficiency, cost savings, and allows them to utilize and create their own service ecosystem of small local contractors without being burden administratively.
