DYNAMIC BODY STRETCHING
Dynamic Body Stretching is a style of isolated, assisted stretching. Using the ROM grading system software, a DBS Specialist Assessor is able to receive detailed information on the current physical health of each client in order to apply the correct stretching and rehabilitative program to each person. On a massage table, ankle straps are used to isolate the body for an accurate full body assessment using the DBS Software System. In addition, the results are fed into a proprietary computer program to determine muscle weaknesses, imbalances, and compensations that may be the cause of pain or injury.
