The Dwell Finance online lending platform is the first single-family rental (SFR) financial technology platform vertically integrated from origination through securitization – connecting the innovation of Silicon Valley with the financial power of Wall Street. In early 2015, B2R Finance acquired assets from Dwell Finance, forming a full suite of products for small to established investors.
