Docent provides infrastructure software products and services that enable the exchange of knowledge within and among our three groups of customers, which consist of large enterprises, educational content providers and online professional communities. Docent Enterprise, our Internet-based knowledge exchange software platform, goes beyond the simple delivery of learning content online, commonly known as eLearning. Our software products and services provide an infrastructure that enables our customers to create and operate an electronic knowledge exchange marketplace, which we also refer to as a knowledge exchange eHub.
