Diliigent Power is an Indian emerging power generation company. Diliigent Power Pvt .Ltd. is planning to put up power projects at strategic locations across India. It is a holding company under which various SPVs will have the various plants and coal mines. The company is setting up various coal-based power plants project in the State of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh . Over a period of next 3-5 years(2017), company is committed to set up facilities to generate around 5000 MW of power, coal-bas... ed. The expansion will be fuelled by setting up greenfield projects as well as by acquisition of existing power plants. Construction work on 1200 MW in Chhattisgarh is in full swing, wherein the BTG is being supplied by BHEL and BOP contract is given to L&T. The plant is expected to get commissioned in mid 2013. In Madhya Pradesh, work on 1320 MW has also started, wherein the LOA for BTG has been placed with BHEL.More
