DEPHAN is a start-up company working with silicon foundries to manufacture its detectors in accordance with proprietary IP, processes and specifications. DEPHAN's product is new-generation Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) for detecting and analyzing optical signals in the visible range with a wide dynamic range along with high sensitivity, short recovery time, and low noise.
