Denali Venture Partners purpose is to liberate high performance human systems. DVP is an implemented-consulting led, venture investor: investing capability and capital. Our investment (capital and capability) focus is on businesses with infrastructure that is disruptive, defendable and close to the customer (i.e. in the revenue stream). We do not invest capital where we do not play an active role - at a minimum, advisory. Our operating model is to be as aligned as possible to our client’s interests: taking a small retainer with our profit coming from participating in the growth in client enterprise value.
