Dap’n is a multiplatform technology to prevent the onset and progression of diabetes. Dap'n includes a patient facing app for lifestyle management tasks, equivalent telephone monitoring, analytic decision support and networked communication tools. It assesses user’s behaviour and coordinates a timely response from clinical or community based support to issues people have around managing diabetes.
