Crowd-Up will initially create a cryptocurrency exchange architecture allowing for the transfer of cryptocurrency between individuals in a secure and traceable way. The development of the exchanges technology will pave the way to allow other assets to be digitalised and added to the exchange further down the road map. These assets will be accompanied by their own cryptographic smart contract. When it comes to digitalised assets; such as private equity, when an individual trades that asset on ... the platform they are trading that cryptographic smart contract which confirms them as the assets owner; the assets custodian will have signed contracts recognising the legitimacy of these smart contracts. The asset can now move and trade with the fluidity of a cryptocurrency. Once a trade is made the details will be digitally recorded on the blockchain ledger. This digital asset mapping offers many benefits to the way ownership rights are transferred and closes many gaps that can occur in the final accounting, making it a more efficient and accurate accounting as each buy/sell is immutable and traceable on the blockchain ledger. Initially Crowd-Up will focus on creating a marketplace for the trading of private equity assets. As and when we are comfortable with our position in this market we will look into offering other assets and instruments. Trading on the Crowd-Up platform will be fee free. We make money through a subscription model. Traders will pay a monthly fee to have access to better analytics and trading options on the platform. This allows us to align our interests with our user base, unlike the majority of other platforms, and our goal is to help our premium users make a return on investments and not to constantly drive higher and higher trade volumes.More
