Costless is a smart full process shopping ecosystem that unifies and aggregates manufacturers, retail (on- & off-line) and consumers for productive co-existence. It covers shopping process from planning through choosing goods/prices/place/proposals, ordering/delivery getting, to cash back receiving and money spending analysis history reviewing. Firstly focused on FMCG (fast moving consumer goods). Costless changes the shopping: in 2-3 years perspective we will identify and offer goods to users f... or their diet/need according to preset physical parameters and places for shopping. In 5 years it will be a personal shopping assistant which knows itself what and when to order, what’s the best in that. It solves a row user’s problems but at first the lack of real-time analytics for retail and manufacturers, the problem of access and communication with consumers. For now, FMCG Big Data doesn’t exist in most countries. In the meantime, the FMCG market is huge (around 11 $billion). It means an enormous number of the clients, who need to change the old model of creating value to the new one, based on the trends of the digitalization. Costless platform is the way for making this transition, which solves the problem of the lack and expense of real-time data by the way of creating global FMCG Big Data and reducing the cost of its using for business.
