CORVIGLIA CAPITAL FUND

Corviglia Capital Fund is a global fintech fund targeting $500M in commitments. It aims to work hand in hand with world-class entrepreneurs, helping them build and scale disruptive businesses. The firm is geographically agnostic, long-term investors in late-stage fintech companies. As a minority investor, it makes investments with tickets ranging from $10 to $50M. Its key focus areas include, but are not limited to: artificial intelligence (AI), regtech, cybersecurity, and fintech business models for retail, SMEs, and corporates. The fund was established in Luxembourg by two experienced entrepreneurs and executives – Petr Šmída and Cezary Smorszczewski – who each managed financial institutions valued at $10B.
