Conventum Limited was formed through the merger of three Finnish financial sector companies on 1 March 1999. Corporate Finance is based on the activities of the former Conventum Oy, Brokerage and Asset Management on Arctos Holding Oy's operations, and Investments on Arctos Capital Oyj's business. Conventum Limited offers high-quality investment banking services to large and medium-sized Finnish companies, institutional investors and private individuals. The Group employs around 90 people, most of whom have years of experience in their own specialist fields both in Finland and abroad.
