COMPARTAMOS BANCO

In 1990, Compartamos was founded within this context, thus providing opportunities and offering credit as a means to make micro-businesses grow and to contribute to Mexico's development. On June 1st, 2006, Compartamos Banco was authorized by the Mexican government to operate as a bank, Banco Compartamos, S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple.
