The company was founded in 1991 on the basis of Law 15 / 1990, by taking over the entire patrimony of the former Enterprise of Wholesale of Food Goods Arad. From this date S.C. COMALIM S.A. operates as a joint stock company according to Law 31 / 1990 republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, registered with the Trade Register of Arad under no. J02/29/1991, fiscal registration code RO1681776, having its own patrimony. The object of activity is the rental of own real estate and trade. It is a publicly owned company, according to the terminology provided in law 297/2004 on the capital market, being registered with the National Securities Commission according to the certificate of registration of securities
