CDS was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana in December 1999. The company began by servicing several small banks and ISOs in the south Louisiana area. As business grew, CDS needed a more robust processing platform so in 2001, CDS installed the ACI Postilion software for it’s core processing. That same year, CDS added a direct connection to the STAR network to complement its direct connection to PULSE.In 2003, CDS introduced its WebTools services, a robust web-based ATM management information system. A direct connection to MasterCard was also installed.
