CSF is a part of OpenEdX community and C4D network hosted by the World Bank Group. The foundation, based in Bulgaria, is created and registered in social benefit and it actively develops projects with high social impact and social auditing for the EU Commission, World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Institute of Innovation and Technology, etc. The focus of their work is in the regions of Central and Eastern Europe, West Balkans and Black Sea.
