CM Equity Partners specializes in investing in government contract service businesses. Since 1995, we have purchased multiple platform companies that primarily serve the U.S. federal government. We have built these into significant enterprises through a combination of fostering internal growth and completing multiple add-on acquisitions. We bring an active management approach to our private equity investments. We become a strategic partner to management, as well as a financial sponsor to the company. Our objective is to partner with senior operating management, so that the interests of all parties are aligned toward the successful creation of value over the longer term.
