Clintelica, through the brand name oxojob, is a mass-headhunter of developers with special focus on java, c#, c++ and sap. We scan the web for developers and have a massive initiative in calling most of the developers we find having the right profile. We are currently focused on the Swedish market, where we call 36.000 developers checking their interest in changing jobs. We then recruit these people for Swedish as well as international companies in need of these skills. In Q1 2017 we are broadening our reach into the rest of Scandinavia, Ireland, UK, France and Germany.
