Do I have to stick with the floorplan or can I make changes? Our Clarendon Homes floorplans are planned and designed for how life works , but are certainly open to your interpretation. We’ve been doing this for 35 years and although we definitely have some great ideas, we like to work with you to make sure the house we build is the house that you’ve always imagined. How creative can I be? VERY! We aim to help you tap into your creative self when you visit our Clarendon Homes Colour Studio. This is where you can choose all the fixtures and finishings of your home, as well as the internal and external colour schemes.
