It currently owns properties in London and Kingston, Ontario and Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. CHC Student Housing Limited Partnership is a separate, unaffiliated entity formed by the founders of CHC Student Housing Corp. prior to its formation which owns properties in Waterloo, Hamilton and Oshawa, Ontario.
