CDHTI Venture Capital Co., Ltd. was established in May 2004; the registered capital is RMB 1 00,000,000 Yuan; it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Hi-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company exploits the government resource and its advantages to the full and provides small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise with such services as equity investment, consultation, strategy development and equity management. In 2007, the company became the first venture capital institution in Chen... gdu and the first batch of venture capital institution recognized by venture capital guidance funds of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2010, the company launched and set the Winpower Venture Capital Fund, obtained a financial support of RMB 20,000,000 Yuan from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and became one of the 26 professional investment management team recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in the whole country. In 2012, the Chengdu Hi-Tech Development Zone set the first Angel Investment Fund solely invested by the government in China; the scale of the first phase was RMB 80,000,000 Yuan which was under the professional operation and management of the company. In 2014, the company launched and set the first "new third board" Venture Capital Fund with a scale of RMB 100,000,000 Yuan in Chengdu, namely, the Winpower Xingke Venture Capital Fund, to further support the development of technology-based venture company.
