CAREgivers Insight offers an application that allows them to record and share insights and see graphs and trends of one’s changing health condition. The application also replaces printed forms and notebooks that virtually caregivers use to track activities and the changing health conditions of loved ones. With CGI, caregivers answer a series of customized questions pertaining to medical, physical, and social situations based on one’s diagnosis. Answers are transformed into easy-to-understand graphs and trend lines over time.
