CARDIO PLEIN AIR

Born from the idea of a business woman passionate about physical activity and the outdoors, Cardio Plein Air has been helping thousands of Quebecois to be healthy and active since autumn 2000. A national pioneer of outdoor exercise, Danielle Danault has been involved in the exercise field for over 30 years, where she is both a habitual coach and recognized speaker. By using her experience, creative spirit as well as her desire to get involved, she ventured where no one has ever gone before. She was able to imagine and develop a concept of unique outdoor exercise programs.
