The Company lends its monitors to the physicians, who maintain inventory at their site, and prescribe and dispense the monitors to their patients. Cardiac Systemz generates revenue through reimbursement by Medicare and other insurance providers. Because the data is transmitted electronically (land lines or wireless), the patient is not restricted to a particular location.
