Carbon is a clinical network being tokenized to enable medical records interoperability by connecting physicians with medical services providers and patients based on automation of clinical communication and information exchange workflows at the point of care. The Network eliminates current paper-based processes by digitizing various workflows at the point of care such as clinical orders for services, medical referrals, prescriptions, while identifying gaps in care and population management.
