Saint Michael Foods, a Canadian company, founded by Peter ('Ting') Yupangco in 2018 out of necessity for his family. Peter, focussed on buckwheat, a gluten-free fruit seed, supports regenerative-agriculture, and can be sustainably sourced from 6 continents, rich in well-balanced protein, with "real" environmental impact properties for making a healthy planet, and a way to support local farming. Everything else after that is from the greatness that buckwheat brings into people's lives, the comm... unity, and our planet. The BUCK brand was derived from the grain buckwheat dropping the word wheat since buckwheat has nothing to do with wheat.
