Their objective is to increase patients' self-efficacy and alleviate them in their daily lives by boosting their health literacy, well-being, and quality of life. They take a long-term, comprehensive approach and employ a variety of coping mechanisms. They employ a combination of planning, check-ups, coaching and mobilization exercises, and targeted information. Brea Health is headquartered in Berlin, Germany and was founded in 2020.
