We have created the Aromator, the world's first and only kitchen counter-top device for making your own essential (aromatic) oils and hydrosols at home, in less than 10 minutes, from pure dried herbs, with just the push of a button. The business model is the same as the single serve coffee machines. The herbs are supplied by Botanic Springs in Aroma-Cups (pre-filled, sealed, capsules). It works with hundreds of different herbs to create a variety of essential oils and hydrosols. The Aromator wa... s invented by Dr. Moshe Balass, who holds a Doctorate in Genetic Engineering of Plants and Post-Doctorate in Immunology from the Weizmann Institute of Science. We have working prototypes, designed and developed in co-operation with professional design and engineering companies in Israel. We need to create one more final prototype with minor adjustments before going to mass production. We have preliminary understandings with herb suppliers, marketing and sourcing companies.We have patents granted on the device, the process, and the Aroma-Cups. The process the Aromator uses is revolutionary in the field of producing essential oils, and it can be scaled up to industrial production as well. We have commenced talks with an Israeli manufacturer of agricultural machinery on transferring the technology developed in the Aromator to industrial use.
