BlueCove is a new scientific asset management firm founded in 2018 by Hugh Willis, co-founder of BlueBay Asset Management, and Alex Khein, BlueBay’s former CEO. BlueCove brings together a group of leading fixed income industry investment and engineering professionals, with the specific purpose of researching and developing state of the art scientific investment processes applicable to fixed income investment management. BlueCove’s mission is to create a range of scientifically-driven fixed ... income products that will give investors both an alternative and a complement to the traditional discretionary fixed income strategies that dominate their portfolios today. BlueCove is targeting H1 2019 for FCA authorisation and H2 2019 for launching its initial suite of scientific investment products.
