Through its Grants to Artists and Civic Arts programs, Black Rock Arts Foundation works with communities in the Bay Area and around the world to collaboratively produce innovative, relevant, and pioneering works of public art that build community and empower individuals. Black Rock Arts Foundation was founded in 2011 by Larry Harvey and Harley Dubois. It is based in San Francisco, C.A.
