BisZinc is envisioned and founded by Victor Tsang, a 30 years computer enthusiastic with 20 years of professional SaaS development, operation, and management experience. BisZinc is formed to attack 2 markets that victor has found to be underserved during his experience working in the SaaS industry. First is the grass-root member, those members who carry out the day to day operation but frequently under train or lack channel to capture their result, second being the group of experienced profe... ssional leaving the market due to various reasons such as age, health and children, many of them are eager to re-engage but has no proper arrangement that would fit their situation. The ever higher pressure to seek profit drive many SME to operate with fewer staff and higher workload, this pressure on their workforce coupe with a strong economy leading to a very high turnover rate of staff especially those at the lower end, entry-level members. Many of the entry-level members are freshmen from school, who are young, filled with energy and passion. They are eager to contribute but their lack of the ‘know-how’ and proper training due to a general shortage of investment in capturing/planning of work for the grass-root employee, make their learning process difficult, frustrating, and unrewarding. Their poor result reflect negatively to the manager causing frustration and displease that further drive down the team moral, ultimately pushing many of them to seek for better opportunity elsewhere. The resulting vicious cycle drives employee satisfaction and product quality to an ever lower point, with nobody winning in the process. BisZinc is aim to (1) Be the connection between the crew and the job, (2) Facilitate capturing and continuous enhancement of best practice, encourage grass-root contribution and interaction, (3) Enhance SME manager and owner ‘line of sight’ through visualization of a performance of their staff and project, help them make better-informed decision/planning, (4) Introduce AI as an assistant to the process, offloading work and helping people become smarter, and never to replace their value. Ultimately, we release the man power in the market to match for the right job at the right time.More
