Bigyanpriyo (also known as BYO) is best known for their infographics and videos about scientific breackthroughs. Bigyanpriyo's work in science communication gained the attention of science news sources and social media users alike. They focused on promoting the understanding and appreciation of science and the vital role it plays in young advancement. Shawon Mahmud, a graduate student at Jahangirnagar University in Dhaka, founded the organization in 2018 with the goal of informing the public ab... out scientific achievements. Although initially the entire activity was online-based, the organization organized several public awareness campaigns during the Corona epidemic in 2020 and launched a campaign project called 'Safeteens' in school colleges to ensure the safety of adolescents in the physical, mental and internet world.
