BHflex is a company that produces FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board), an essential component of electronic products. In May 1999, it started as Bumhwan Flex Co, and in 2001, the company changed its name to BHflex Co, to become a global company. In 2006, it was changed to BH Co., Ltd. to diversify the business and create a new image. Currently, BH Co. is mainly producing high value-added rigid-flexible PCB products employing FPCB for display, which is a fine pattern (microcircuit), and IVH (Interstitial Via Hole) and HDI (High-Density Interconnection) of High Technology.
