BERD
Founded in 2006 as a result of the entrepreneurial spirit of its current President, Professor Pedro Pacheco, BERD was born in order to commercially exploit the Organic Prestressing System (OPS) advantages, developed by the OPS Group of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Oporto (FEUP). Based in the north of Portugal town of Matosinhos, BERD began its process of internationalisation in 2007 and is currently operating in countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Romania, United States, Russia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovakia, India, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela, among others.
