Axept AG is a Swiss ICT service provider specialising in consulting and engineering. Headquartered in Glattbrugg, the company employs around 90 staff at three locations, Glattbrugg (ZH), Schönbühl (BE) and Reinach (BL), and in fiscal 2009/10 generated revenue of CHF 26 million. The acquisition will benefit Swisscom's core business in messaging and collaboration solutions and infrastructure engineering as well as other areas.
